Last Updated: June 26, 2026
UnitedAg is committed to making the UnitedAg Benefits website accessible and usable for all people, including people with disabilities.
We believe every visitor should be able to access information about health benefits, provider resources, wellness programs, clinics, member support, digital tools, and related services with dignity, independence, and ease.
Our Accessibility Goal
UnitedAg is actively working to make this website conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible.
These guidelines are designed to make web content more accessible for people who use assistive technologies, including screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice recognition software, screen magnification, and other tools.
Ongoing Accessibility Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As part of our commitment, we aim to:
Support keyboard navigation
Maintain readable color contrast
Use clear headings and page structure
Provide meaningful link text
Add alternative text for meaningful images
Keep forms and interactive elements usable
Improve compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies
Review new content and website features for accessibility
Improve accessibility of downloadable resources when possible
Current Accessibility Status
This website is designed to be accessible and usable across modern browsers and devices. However, some areas may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard we are working toward.
UnitedAg will continue to identify and address accessibility issues as part of ongoing website maintenance and improvement.
Known or Potential Limitations
Some accessibility limitations may exist, including:
Third-party websites, portals, provider directories, pharmacy tools, telehealth platforms, app stores, maps, social media platforms, scheduling tools, or embedded content outside UnitedAg’s direct control
PDF documents, flyers, forms, brochures, or downloadable materials that may not yet be fully optimized for assistive technology
Older content that may require additional accessibility review
Videos or media that may have varying caption, transcript, or media player support
Digital tools or login portals that may be managed by third-party providers
If you experience difficulty accessing one of these resources, please contact UnitedAg and we will make reasonable efforts to help you access the information or service you need through an alternate method.
Third-Party Content and Services
The UnitedAg Benefits website may link to third-party resources, including health portals, provider networks, pharmacy resources, telehealth services, clinic scheduling tools, digital ID tools, mobile apps, maps, app stores, social media platforms, and other partner services.
While UnitedAg encourages accessibility across all digital experiences, we do not control the accessibility of third-party websites, platforms, or applications. When you leave this website or use a third-party service, that third party’s accessibility practices, privacy policy, and terms may apply.
