- The travel reimbursement program may provide up to $2,500 annually for qualified travel, accommodations, meals, and related incidentals for approved SAIN in-network services.

- Virtual care is available Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, for common conditions such as allergies, cold and flu, headaches, nausea, sinus issues, sore throat, stomachaches, and UTIs.
- Bilingual providers are available, and clinics are open to covered employees and dependents.
- HSA plan members pay $40 for in-person visits and $25 for virtual care until the deductible is met, then $0.

- Blue Shield of California supports California medical network access for UnitedAg members.
- Members should confirm provider and facility network status before scheduling care, since network participation can change.

- Members can request a visit through the Teladoc app, online, or by calling 800.835.2362.
- Teladoc is $0 for most plans. HSA plan members may pay $55 per visit until the deductible is met, then $0 after the deductible is met.
